01How it works
RGB Studio is in beta, and we want you to try it without worrying. So if the app doesn’t work with your devices or you just don’t like it, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to ask for a full refund.
- The period starts on the date shown on your Stripe receipt.
- You don’t have to explain why. If you tell us what happened, it helps us improve the beta, but it’s optional.
- We refund the full amount you paid: US$8.79.
02How to ask for it
- Email us at hola@rgbstudio.co with the subject “Refund”.
- Send it from the email address you used to pay. If you can’t, tell us which one it was.
- If you have it handy, include your Stripe receipt number. If not, we’ll look it up.
03What happens next
- We process it within 3 business days and confirm by email.
- The refund goes through Stripe, to the same payment method you used to buy. We can’t refund it any other way, in cash, or to a different card.
- When you’ll see it: according to Stripe, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Currency: we refund US$8.79. If your card is in another currency, the final amount may vary because of the exchange rate or any taxes or fees your bank applies. That’s out of our control.
- Your license ends with the refund: we ask you to delete the app from your Mac.
04Other cases
More than 14 days have passed
If your model was listed as supported when you bought the app and the app doesn’t work with it, email us anyway. We’ll try to fix it first and, if we can’t, we’ll look at it case by case.
You paid twice or were charged incorrectly
We’ll always refund anything we overcharged, no matter how much time has passed.
Before a chargeback
If you have a problem with the payment, email us before you start a chargeback with your bank: it’s faster for you, and it saves us the cost of a chargeback, which hits a small project hard.
